About this Service

The Islamic Association of Greater Memphis manages a dedicated Zakah fund to assist local families struggling with basic necessities. This service is confidential and handled with dignity in accordance with Islamic principles.

Our welfare committee reviews applications strictly on a needs-basis to ensure funds reach those most eligible under the categories of Zakah.

Application Process

How to Submit

1. Download the form from the link above.
2. Fill out the form completely. Incomplete forms will not be considered.
3. Submit the form and documents via email to info@masjid-arrahman.org.

Required Documents

• Valid Photo ID
• Proof of Income (Pay stubs, benefits letter, etc.)
• Proof of Residence (Utility bill or Lease agreement)
